Suggestions for improving the software
-
One feature I'd recommend is adding stronger security controls alongside usability improvements. Since multiple operators are contributing data, it would be useful to have detailed audit logs showing who made each change, when it was made, and the ability to restore previous versions if needed. This would help prevent accidental edits and make collaboration much easier.
Another improvement could be role-based permissions, where experienced operators have access to sensitive actions while newer users have more limited privileges until they become familiar with the workflow. This reduces the risk of unintended changes to important records.
From an ethical hacking perspective, regular security reviews can also help identify weaknesses such as weak authentication, insufficient access controls, or other vulnerabilities before they become real problems. Good software isn't just easy to use—it should also protect the integrity of the data it stores.
What security or quality-control features do you think would have the biggest impact on improving the platform?
